£25,480, per annumplus uncapped bonus and incentives

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Advisor

  • Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport
  • Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management
  • Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals
  • Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retain
  • Following all appropriate FSA regulations

To be a Customer Sales Advisor you\’ll need:

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
  • Are proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Are flexible to work shifts between, 7:45 am – 9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am – 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday
  • Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
