German Fundraising Advisor

Dealing with donors on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization through outbound calling, email, chat & social media.

Essential Functions – Duties and Responsibilities

• Passionate about building relationships and establishing trust with supporters to secure ongoing donations.
• Work professionally and efficiently to maintain and drive great results with donors.

Qualifications Required

• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
• Ability to influence others.
• Minimum of 6-12 months’ experience in a customer-focused role.
• Adaptable approach when dealing with supporters.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with rapport-building ability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• PC literate, able to use multiple systems.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a fundraising role.

Travel

2 days per week on site
