Role Overview:
The Global Program Manager will lead complex, multi-region programs within the electronic security space. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client delivery—owning large-scale deployments and ongoing program performance across systems such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security platforms. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage global client relationships, and ensure consistent delivery standards across regions. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of global electronic security programs, from initiation through execution and continuous improvement
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with client and organizational goals
- Develop scalable frameworks for multi-site, multi-country deployments
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients and senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with regional teams, vendors, and partners
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to executive leadership
- Operational Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, installation, IT, and support
- Standardize processes across regions while adapting to local regulatory and operational requirements
- Drive consistency in system design, deployment, and maintenance practices
