Role Overview:

The Global Program Manager will lead complex, multi-region programs within the electronic security space. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client delivery—owning large-scale deployments and ongoing program performance across systems such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security platforms. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage global client relationships, and ensure consistent delivery standards across regions. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership
    • Own end-to-end delivery of global electronic security programs, from initiation through execution and continuous improvement.
    • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with client and organizational goals.
    • Develop scalable frameworks for multi-site, multi-country deployments.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients and senior stakeholders.

  • Operational Execution
