We’re seeking a future team member for the role of RFP/DDQ Writer to join our Asset Servicing Deal Management Team specializing in Asset Servicing products for Investment Managers, Banks, Broker Dealers and Insurance services. This role is located in London, UK.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by understanding and addressing the questions presented.
  • Lead response strategy, outlines, and compliance matrices for asset servicing pursuits.
  • Collaborate to write and edit persuasive content covering products and services for Asset Servicing.
  • Coordinate SME inputs and governance reviews; ensure accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery.
  • Maintain and improve the RFP content library with fresh proof points and concise responses.
  • Format RFP documents including any appendices to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Project management including timeline, key deliverables, themes from key stakeholders and SMEs for a quality RFP response.
Qualifications
  • Experience of RFP/RFI/DDQ writing within financial services, asset servicing preferred.
  • Strong editorial and project management skills; proficiency with Loopio and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Familiarity with SOC 1/2 themes, ISO frameworks, KYC/AML and data privacy.
  • Understanding of the Asset Management industry including Alternatives Investments.
  • Proficient language skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications/Business/Finance or related fields, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
