BNY is seeking a SOX / ICFR Lead, Vice President, to join the SOX & Controls team in Manchester, UK. You will own end-to-end SOX/ICFR workstreams, conduct risk assessments, and drive audit readiness across narratives, control matrices and documentation.
You will lead walkthroughs, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, coordinate with control owners and auditors, and mentor junior team members while communicating progress and risks to management.
