We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, CASS and Governance Manager to join our UK TRANSFER AGENCY OPERATIONS team. This role is located in MANCHESTER, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead and manage the controls function with accountability for governance and oversight, breach management, and the production of management information and KPI reporting.
- Own the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the CASS control framework; provide guidance to staff and clients to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Accountable for internal governance reporting, including submissions to the UK legal entity, and for presenting business line performance at governance forums; cover KPIs/ORLs and escape non‑green indicators appropriately.
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of internal and external audit programs, encompassing CASS audits, ISAE 3402 reviews, and compliance monitoring, with effective tracking and remediation of findings.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management.
- CASS experience preferred.
