Converge Technology Solutions is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Partner Manager - Private Sector to join our growing sales team. The Role: As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new private sector opportunities while managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, resellers, MSPs, and technology partners. What We’re Looking For:

  • GCSE English and Mathematics.
  • Proven experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Technology Sales.
  • Experience driving revenue through partner and channel relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Good understanding of the UK private sector technology landscape.
  • NVQ in Business & Communication, Customer Service, or Tele-sales.
  • Experience selling IT hardware, managed services, cloud, or sustainable technology solutions.
