Operations Operative / Collections Driver

Location: Bathgate

Department: IT Recycling Operations

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 4.30 pm

We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated Operations Operative / Collections Driver to join our Global Award Winning IT Recycling Operations team. What You’ll Do

As a key member of our operations team, you’ll play a vital part in the full lifecycle of our IT recycling process:

Collections & Delivery

• Carry out safe, professional, and efficient multi‑drop IT recycling collections.
• Load and unload vehicles, palletise collections, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Converge UK out on the road.

Warehouse & Processing Work

• Check, record, weigh, and count incoming assets and materials.
• Use our computer systems to log asset information.
• Support refurbishment work, including data wiping and basic repairs.
• Dismantle IT equipment for recycling or re‑use.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.

Quality & Standards

• Follow internal management systems, health & safety procedures, and sustainability practices.
• Ensure products meet required quality assurance and testing standards.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean working practices.
