This is a hands-on role at the core of how we run the business. You will work across teams to keep things moving smoothly—supporting processes, improving workflows, and helping us scale without chaos. If you like solving problems, organizing the unorganized, and making things work better, this is for you.
You will:
- Support day-to-day operations across hiring, onboarding, scheduling, compliance and internal coordination.
- Help document and improve internal processes as we scale.
- Assist with vendor management, contracts, and administrative tasks.
- Track and organize data across tools (spreadsheets, Notion, CRMs) to support decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-team projects and follow up on action items.
- Jump in wherever needed—startups move fast and no two days look the same.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Legal & Compliance or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion etc.).
- Clear communicator—written and verbal.
- Proactive, resourceful, and happy to figure things out independently.
Nice to have:
- Previous internship or experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Interest in tech, AI, or SaaS businesses.
Benefits
Compensation varies based on profile and experience, but a general cash range for the 3-month internship (fixed comp + performance variable) is $5,000-$10,000, plus a competitive equity package in case you are confirmed.
