This foundational, high-impact role defines and shapes the visual language, user experience, and brand identity of Convergent. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, elegant, and impactful design systems that bring our mission to life in-product and across every brand touchpoint.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to set the creative direction, build our design foundations, and elevate every user interaction.
- Define and own Convergent's end-to-end design vision, spanning product UX/UI, visual identity, and brand expression.
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless integration of usability, aesthetics, and product goals.
- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns that scale with the product.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to build intuitive and engaging interfaces for complex AI-driven experiences.
- Partner with marketing to craft high-impact brand assets, campaigns, and storytelling materials.
- Establish design principles, workflows, and culture, mentoring future designers as the team grows.
- Advocate for design excellence and a user-first mindset across the organization.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or brand design, ideally in a fast-paced startup or similar environment.
