This is a hands-on role where you'll build and optimize AI-powered workflows that make us faster and more efficient. You'll work across teams to identify automation opportunities and ship real solutions—using no-code tools, AI agents, and lightweight engineering.
You will:
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to prototype and ship internal tools.
- Identify repetitive processes across teams and design automation solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs) into workflows to enhance productivity.
- Document automations and train team members on how to use them.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows as needs evolve.
- Collaborate with engineering, ops, and product to prioritize high-impact automations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
- Comfortable with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

Benefits
