What You’ll Be Doing As Our Project Manager

  • Own the full project journey – lead each project from initiation to handover, building clear plans, managing budgets, and keeping delivery on track using Monday.com and proven methodologies like Waterfall and PRINCE2.
  • Bring people together – run kick‑offs, workshops, and regular updates, keeping every stakeholder aligned and confidently presenting progress to internal and external teams.
  • Build trusted relationships – work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams, acting as a supportive, insightful advisor who helps steer delivery in the right direction.
  • Solve problems before they grow – stay ahead of risks, handle tricky conversations when needed, and keep RAID logs and documentation sharp to maintain clarity and momentum.
  • Keep everything running properly – follow best‑practice processes, uphold governance standards, and manage resources and change requests to keep projects organised and compliant.
  • Understand what we deliver – develop your knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, and Security offerings so you can confidently represent our services throughout delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure projects within IT or Telecoms environments.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with projects delivering WAN, SD‑WAN, LAN, and Wi‑Fi solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP or similar (a bonus, not a must).
  • Experience in project management tools e.g. Monday.com or Asana.
  • Strong governance, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • An understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary: £50‑75,000
  • Time off: 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
  • Benefits: Private Medical, enhanced Pension, Income Protection & Life Assurance.
  • Flexibility: Flexible core hours and hybrid working with 2 days a month in the Solihull office.
  • Perks: Dog‑friendly office – yes, really!
