We’re looking for a Project Manager on a contract basis to lead integration and transformation projects that connect people, systems, and processes – keeping everything running smoothly while driving real organisational change.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Leading varied end‑to‑end integration projects including systems, networks, migrations, outsourcing, and finance transformation.
- Collaborating with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
- Championing system and culture adoption using frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci.
- Managing risks, governance, and compliance (including GDPR).
- Delivering using proven methodologies – PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
- Communicating confidently with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5–10 years’ project management experience, including 5+ leading complex business integrations post‑acquisition or major change (ideally in IT or telecoms).
- Proven track record of delivering integration projects involving people, processes, systems, data and customers.
- Hands‑on experience with systems consolidation and data migration projects (CRM, ERP/Finance, Billing or HR systems) is beneficial.
- Strong governance and reporting skills (RAID logs, budgets, benefits tracking, SteerCo packs).
- PM qualification (PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP preferred).
- Eligible for BPSS or equivalent clearance.
