In this role, you’ll support the planning and delivery of internal projects across the business, particularly around acquisitions, integrations, and major change, while making sure everything is delivered to the high standards we’re known for.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Keeping projects moving: Managing project plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies, while tracking progress and flagging risks or blockers early.
- Making sense of the detail: Creating and maintaining clear project documentation (PIDs, SoWs, RAID, status reports) and pulling together concise updates from technical and business teams.
- Supporting strong governance: Preparing SteerCo packs, taking minutes, tracking actions, and helping keep documentation and budgets accurate and audit-ready.
- Helping change land well: Supporting clear communication, adoption of new systems and processes, and strong collaboration across teams during periods of change.
- Making things better every time: Contributing to continuous improvement by enhancing PMO processes, templates, and tools.
Tools you’ll use: MS Office, Monday.com for plans and reporting, plus Excel for data and budgeting. Project management principles and methodologies include Prince2, Waterfall and Agile.
Your experience and background:
- At least 2 years’ experience in project management ideally within IT, telecoms, or similar.
- Exposure to projects involving people, processes, systems, and data.
- Experience (or interest) in CRM, ERP/Finance, billing, or HR systems.
- Confidence maintaining RAID logs, governance docs, and action trackers.
- Awareness of risk, compliance, GDPR, and contractual obligations.
- A desire to grow your PM skills, and PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile awareness is a bonus.
- Solid grounding in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile).
- Ability to support cross-functional workstreams e.g. HR, Finance, IT, Ops, Product.
