What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving technical issues and keeping customers in the loop.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity problems, and collaborate with field engineers to fix hardware like routers, switches, and Wi-Fi APs.
  • Manage incident and request tickets with precision, escalating to senior engineers when needed.
  • Assist with hardware and vendor management, ensuring swift resolution of faults.

What You’ll Need to Apply:

  • At least 1 years’ support experience in a busy, customer-focused service desk or NOC environment.
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, ideally with a networking qualification like CCNA (or working towards it).
  • Flexibility to work in our Solihull office on shift patterns between 7am and 7pm, mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts on a rota basis.
  • Ability to obtain BPSS, SC, and NPPV3 clearance for this role.
