Converge UK is seeking an experienced Head of PMO to establish and lead a high-performing PMO that will shape the future of project delivery across our Technology & Services function. This role blends strategic governance with hands-on leadership to drive consistency, governance, and successful outcomes across a portfolio of customer projects.

You will coach and develop Project Managers, implement PRINCE2, MSP and Agile methodologies, and partner with Sales, Engineering and Finance to ensure successful project delivery.
