Converge is looking for a motivated, commercially minded, and relationship-focused Partner Manager to join our growing Sales team. If you're passionate about building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strong partner relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic technology business.

About the Role: As a Partner Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners, including resellers, managed service providers, system integrators, and other technology partners. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and maximise opportunities across both new and existing partner accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing long-term business relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering results through strategic partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that support business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to generate sales opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Arrange and attend customer and partner meetings to promote Converge's products and services.
  • Gather and maintain detailed information on customers, competitors, and market trends.
