Converge is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Secure Digital Infrastructure Lead to join our Technology & Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong networking and security expertise who thrives on building strategic vendor partnerships, driving growth, and influencing business success. About the Role
As a Secure Digital Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for strengthening and developing strategic partnerships with key networking and security vendors including Cisco, HPE and others. You will act as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Technical Services teams to drive mutual growth and maximise investment opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping and executing vendor strategies, securing funding opportunities, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring Converge remains aligned with vendor accreditation and growth programmes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key networking and security vendor partners.
- Act as the primary contact for strategic vendor engagement and partner activities.
- Develop and execute joint business plans and growth strategies with vendors.
- Secure and manage vendor investment and funding opportunities, including marketing development funds.
- Support Sales teams on strategic and complex networking and security opportunities.
- Drive adoption of vendor programmes, certifications, accreditations and specialisations.
- Create and manage growth roadmaps to increase market share and commercial success.
- Identify emerging technologies, market opportunities and new service offerings.
- Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns and joint initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop new products and services.
- Represent Converge at industry events, conferences and partner engagements.
- Ensure vendor strategies are communicated effectively across the business.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, company sustainability objectives and compliance requirements.

- A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Degree in a relevant discipline and/or professional qualifications.
- Networking and security vendor sales accreditations.
- Experience working within IT distribution or channel partner environments.
- Experience securing and managing vendor funding programmes.
- Knowledge of Cisco, HPE, or similar networking and security technologies.
