This role supports the development and optimisation of our People systems and processes, with Dayforce HRIS at the heart of our People technology landscape. We are looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive, enjoys solving problems, and can spot opportunities to improve the way things work. What you'll be doing You'll play a key role in ensuring our People data, systems and processes are accurate, efficient and deliver meaningful insights to support business decisions. You'll be: Maintaining and enhancing our Dayforce HRIS and People systems. Analysing People data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Developing reports, dashboards and meaningful workforce insights. Supporting system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement activities. Reviewing employee lifecycle processes and recommending smarter, more automated ways of working. Mapping and documenting People processes to support operational excellence. Ensuring data integrity, compliance and high-quality employee records. Working closely with managers and colleagues to improve the employee experience through effective systems and processes.
