We are looking for a People Operations Advisor to be a visible and trusted partner across our Stafford HQ operational base, providing expert guidance to managers and employees through a collaborative approach. You will deliver professional HR support and advise line managers on employee relations, people management, and absence management issues.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance and coaching to line managers on recruitment, employee relations, absence, and performance management.
- Case Management: Oversee and advise on all employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and timely resolution.
- Data-Driven Insight: Analyse and present people data to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Change Support: Deliver People Operations support for organisational change initiatives.
- Collaboration & Escalation: Work closely with the People Operations Manager to escalate complex issues and support business initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance people processes.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven HR advisory experience, ideally within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for making a difference.
- Willingness to be present where it matters most.
