We’re looking for a Partnership Manager who can build powerful relationships, drive growth, and expand our reach across the UK. What You’ll Own

  • Grow and expand our IT Recycling customer base across key sectors
  • Build senior-level relationships with Heads of IT, IT Managers, Business Managers and channel partners
  • Develop and execute strategies that support revenue, profit, and long-term business plans
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert prospects into long-term partners
  • Understand customer needs deeply and propose solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure services are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard
  • Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain trust
  • Produce accurate forecasts, progress reports, and account metrics
  • Support our sustainability strategy and champion responsible IT lifecycle management

  • Are a skilled solution seller with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets

  • Are detail‑driven, organised, and able to forecast accurately
