As a key member of our operations team, you’ll play a vital part in the full lifecycle of our IT recycling process:

  • Collections & Delivery: Carry out safe, professional, and efficient multi-drop IT recycling collections. Load and unload vehicles, palletise collections, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. Provide excellent customer service and represent Converge UK out on the road.
  • Warehouse & Processing Work: Check, record, weigh, and count incoming assets and materials. Use our computer systems to log asset information. Support refurbishment work, including data wiping and basic repairs. Dismantle IT equipment for recycling or re-use. Pick and pack orders for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
  • Quality & Standards: Follow internal management systems, health & safety procedures, and sustainability practices. Ensure products meet required quality assurance and testing standards. Support continuous improvement and Lean working practices.
