We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Operations Operative to join our Global Award Winning IT Recycling Operations team. What You’ll Do
- As a key member of our operations team, you’ll play a vital part in the full lifecycle of our IT recycling process:
- Check, record, weigh, and count incoming assets and materials.
- Use our computer systems to log asset information.
- Support refurbishment work, including data wiping and basic repairs.
- Dismantle IT equipment for recycling or re-use.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
Quality & Standards
- Follow internal management systems, health & safety procedures, and sustainability practices.
- Ensure products meet required quality assurance and testing standards.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean working practices.
