We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is exceptionally organised, detail‑driven, and confident managing multiple projects at pace. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied environment, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to contribute to a high‑performing marketing team.

What You’ll Own

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events end‑to‑end, ensuring seamless execution
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for events and campaigns
  • Track, analyse, and report on event performance, leads, and ROI
  • Produce clear, consistent reporting across campaigns, digital activity, and events
  • Support the execution of email and digital campaigns, including reporting
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative and organisational marketing tasks
  • Contribute to content creation and copywriting across web, email, and social
  • Support internal communications and wider marketing plan delivery
  • Provide basic graphic design support for marketing materials (desirable)

  • Work closely with sales to track leads and demonstrate ROI
  • Maintain an organised events calendar and manage the marketing stockroom
  • Produce regular performance reports across digital, campaigns, and events
  • Maintain detailed project trackers and ensure activity is delivered on time and to standard
  • Support campaign execution across email, web, and social channels
  • Act as a go‑to resource for copywriting and proof‑reading
  • Contribute to content planning and generate articles, blogs, and website updates
  • Support inbound marketing activity including forms, landing pages, CTAs, nurture workflows, and reporting
  • Maintain strong internal communication to keep teams aligned
  • Provide graphic design support for social assets, banners, presentations, and PDFs (desirable)
