  • Achieve and exceed conversion, collection, and revenue targets.
  • Gather and maintain high‑quality customer and competitor intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records within our CRM, including reporting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers to promote Converge's recycling services.
  • Gain appointments and set up high‑quality meetings for Partner Managers.
  • Manage new customer relationships and identify opportunities for wider product sales.
  • Qualify customer requirements and ensure operational teams are prepared for collections.
  • Promote and sell hardware alongside IT recycling services.
  • Handle complaints professionally, ensuring timely escalation and accurate documentation.
  • Share ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Undertake additional tasks or projects as required by your manager.

Measures of Success

Your performance will be assessed on:

  • Achievement of sales and collection targets
  • Number and quality of customer meetings
  • Volume and quality of IT equipment collected
  • Ratio of valuable units collected
  • Phone activity and lead generation
  • Stone360 app downloads and customer usage
  • Additional hardware sales generated
  • Customer feedback via Trustpilot, app reviews, or case studies

  • Experience planning and managing an effective meeting schedule
  • Confidence in prospecting and winning new business
  • Good knowledge of UK geography
  • A proactive, flexible, "can‑do" approach

  • Understanding of valuable IT asset types and resale potential
  • Knowledge of ADISA accreditation
  • Experience across private, public, or education sectors
