Converge Technology Solutions is expanding its in‑house AV capability, and we’re looking for an AV Installations Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward‑thinking technology provider committed to sustainability, customer excellence, and empowering its people.
What You’ll Do
- Installing a range of audio‑visual systems, structured cabling, and data/fibre solutions
- Ensuring all work meets Converge’s internal management systems and safety procedures
- Supporting our sustainability strategy through responsible working practices
- Completing installations within project time and budget allowances
- Working closely with clients, partners, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Regular UK travel, including overnight stays when required
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in AV installations
- Data and fibre cabling
- Cabinet patching and clean installations
- Access point installations
- Desired (Not Essential): Certification experience with major AV brands (e.g., Promethean), Wireless site surveys
