What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining and enhancing our Dayforce HRIS and People systems.
- Analysing People data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Developing reports, dashboards and meaningful workforce insights.
- Supporting system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement activities.
- Reviewing employee lifecycle processes and recommending smarter, more automated ways of working.
- Mapping and documenting People processes to support operational excellence.
- Ensuring data integrity, compliance and high-quality employee records.
- Working closely with managers and colleagues to improve the employee experience through effective systems and processes.
