We are seeking a Learning Consultant to join our small but dynamic training team, supporting the Tech & Ops organization in their transformation initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from new platform change management training to subject matter expert (SME) development and upskilling programs. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to analyze training needs and create effective learning solutions that align with the organization's objectives.
- Instructional design expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver engaging and interactive training materials. This includes e-learning modules, SME-led training as part of the hybrid training approach and other multimedia resources. Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
- Agile project management: Apply an agile project management approach to ensure timely delivery of training solutions. This includes effectively managing priorities, setting realistic timelines, and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Content creation: Be creative and seek solutions outside generally used practices. Create and curate content that is visually appealing, user-friendly, and effective in meeting the learning objectives. This may involve conducting research, organizing information, and writing clear and concise instructional materials.
- Evaluation and improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or previous working experience in graphic or instructional design for 2+ years, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of experience using Articulate 360 suite. Other graphics/video creation tools relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
- Understanding of technology and best practices in the e-learning field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
