The Field Operations Director serves as the strategic operating partner to Sales leadership, driving execution of the go-to-market strategy through business insight, operational excellence, forecasting discipline, and performance management.
This leader translates company priorities into field execution, ensuring sales leaders have the visibility, processes, analytics, and operational support required to deliver revenue objectives.
The role acts as the bridge between Revenue Operations and frontline sales teams, identifying performance opportunities, driving accountability, and leading initiatives that improve productivity and business outcomes.

- Serve as the primary Revenue Operations business partner for sales leaders and regional leadership teams.
- Support annual and quarterly business planning processes.

- Translate business priorities into actionable operational plans.
- Forecasting & Business Reviews
- Lead forecast governance and inspection processes across sales organizations.
- Partner with sales leaders to improve forecast quality, predictability, and accountability.
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review cadences.
- Develop executive-level reporting and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Performance Management & Analytics
