As an
Employee Engagement Lead Specialist , you’ll sit within the Employee Engagement team as part of the wider Employee Experience function — because we believe a great employee experience drives performance, retention, and business success.
You’ll partner closely with the Employee Engagement Lead to build an environment where people feel heard, valued, and motivated — where they understand how their work matters, feel enabled by their managers, and believe in where the business is going.
This role blends ownership, insight, and delivery — turning ideas into impactful, scalable engagement initiatives across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Recognition & Engagement Initiatives
- Own and evolve Convera’s employee recognition programme, ensuring it is meaningful, consistent, and widely adopted.
- Drive awareness and participation, enabling moments that reinforce our culture and celebrate impact.
- Continuously improve the programme to maximise engagement and relevance.
- Activate Our Values & Culture
- Bring Convera’s values to life across the organisation, helping employees understand and apply them every day.
- Partner with managers to embed values-led behaviours that support a high-performing, winning culture.
- Ensure our cultural narrative is clear, consistent, and actionable.
- Deliver Insight-Led Listening Programmes
- Play a key role in delivering Convera’s employee listening strategy.
- Analyse Employee Pulse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and influence senior leaders to improve engagement and performance.
- Partner & Deliver at Pace
- Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to deliver engagement initiatives and projects end-to-end.
- Take ownership of delivery, managing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Build scalable solutions that empower teams and managers to take action locally.

- Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and implement practical solutions.
