This is a rare opportunity to shape talent acquisition at Convera. As Senior Manager of Global TA you’ll sit within our Employee Experience team — because we see hiring as the first chapter of the employee journey. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, the US and APAC, partnering with senior leaders to hire the talent that will define Convera’s next phase of growth. This role blends strategy with execution — setting direction, building scalable systems and reimagining how hiring happens across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the Strategy & Lead the Function
    • Define and deliver a global TA strategy aligned to business priorities.
    • Lead and develop a high‑performing, globally distributed team, role modeling a One Convera mindset through collaboration and shared success.
    • Partner with HRBPs and leaders on forward‑looking workforce planning.
    • Establish clear hiring standards, expectations and ways of working across regions.
    • Champion diverse and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring every voice is valued.
  • Enable High-Quality Hiring
    • Define what great hiring looks like and embed consistent, scalable practices.
    • Equip hiring managers to run structured, inclusive processes and make confident decisions.
    • Drive accountability for quality, pace and candidate engagement, acting as Honest Partners who challenge and support in equal measure.
    • Improve outcomes through better planning, preparation and clear communication.
  • Elevate the Candidate Experience
    • Treat every interaction as a reflection of the Convera brand, putting candidates at the centre and becoming customer champions.
    • Design and continuously improve a consistent, human and values‑led hiring experience.
    • Reduce friction and simplify processes to move faster without losing quality, embracing a Fast Movers mindset.
    • Partner with Employee Experience to ensure a seamless transition into onboarding.
  • Build Scalable, Insight‑Led Operations
    • Own and evolve the TA tech stack to support scale and efficiency.
    • Implement consistent hiring frameworks and assessment approaches.
    • Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical roles.
    • Use data and insight to inform decisions and continuously improve, embodying a truth seekers approach.
  • Influence & Partner
    • Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on all aspects of hiring.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, setting expectations and raising the bar.
    • Represent TA across broader Employee Experience and HR initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience
    • Significant in‑house TA experience across Europe, the US and APAC.
    • Proven track record of leading and developing distributed teams.
    • Experience building or transforming TA functions in growing organisations.
    • Strong understanding of global hiring markets and practices.
    • Experience hiring across multiple functions, including Technology, Finance, Sales and Operations.
