The Role:
As our Performance Marketer (MultiâChannel), youâll own paid growth beyond LinkedIn. This is not "try a bit of everything." This is systematic channel expansion with ruthless measurement.
Channels May Include:
- Google Search (Initial KEY Priority!, could easily spend 50k/month on this channel alone)
- YouTube
- Meta
- Reddit / programmatic / other emerging channels
- Review platforms / intent sources (G2, Capterra,...)
Your Mission:
- Build the paid channel portfolio
- Identify which channels match our buyers + intent
- Test quickly with clean measurement
- Scale winners, kill losers
- Document learnings so the system compounds
- Own conversion paths endâtoâend
You Donât Buy Clicks, You Buy Outcomes. You Work With Web Growth, Product Marketing And Other Marketing Team Members To Ensure:
- Landing pages convert
