What we are building at Conveo: Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high-quality consumer/B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing, product, and research teams.
What problem are we solving and why it matters: Traditional research is slow, expensive, and often superficial. Doing great research requires expertise that many companies don’t have. That limits how well companies understand their customers and how well they can serve them. We’re making great research fast, affordable, and accessible and scaling it into the default.

The Role: As our Growth Engineer – Automation, you’ll build the internal engine that makes Conveo scale. This is a builder role for someone who can combine code + no-code, tooling + data, and automation + ops thinking. Your output is leverage: systems that eliminate busywork and unlock faster growth.
This Includes Things Like:
- Automations across tools (n8n, Clay, Zapier, Intercom, HubSpot, Heyreach, Cal.com, etc.)
- Routing + enrichment + lifecycle flows
- Dashboards and reporting automation
- Tooling that makes marketing and GTM faster
- Internal tooling/scripts/integrations
Your Mission:
- Automate the marketing + GTM machine
- Inbound routing
- Enrichment and segmentation
- Lifecycle triggers
- Lead/contact/company syncing
- Outreach workflows
- Scheduling + reminders
- Data hygiene
- Build systems that don’t break
- Clean logic
- Monitoring
