About the Role
Are you passionate about uncovering the deeper ‘why’ behind consumer behaviour? As a Researcher at Conveo, you’ll work closely with global clients across FMCG, consumer services and tech, guiding them through qualitative inquiry that fuels brand, innovation, and marketing teams. You’ll own research projects end‑to‑end, from designing studies to synthesising insights and presenting narratives that inspire action.
Responsibilities
- Run pilot projects to build trust and secure long‑term partnerships.
- Onboard and educate clients on Conveo AI methodologies and new features.
- Develop deep client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for research planning.
- Design and execute qualitative research using the Conveo AI‑led interview platform.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of qualitative projects: planning, recruitment, moderation, analysis, and delivery.
- Translate complex briefs into thoughtful qualitative approaches that uncover key insights.
- Synthesise rich data into compelling stories grounded in human truth.
- Develop strategic insight reports to inspire senior stakeholders.
- Identify themes and opportunities to shape brand, innovation, and communication strategy.
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
- Lead client briefing sessions, shape proposals and research frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor guiding findings, implications, and recommendations.
- Build long‑term relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with account management and customer success to convert research into revenue growth.
- Help shape product and marketing by sharing research findings through conferences, blogs, PR, and other channels.
- Travel to clients and marketing events to present results in person.
Qualifications
- 6 to 20+ years of experience in market research and insights (client or agency side).
- Strong research and insights skills; qualitative expertise is a plus.
- Curiosity about AI and eagerness to apply it in the insights space.
- Commercial acumen to spot and act on growth opportunities.
- Outstanding communication skills; clear, credible, and inspiring.
- A creative yet analytical problem‑solver.
- A self‑starter with a hands‑on, let’s‑make‑it‑happen mentality.
