We’re looking for our first senior design hire — a Staff Product Designer who will own product design end-to-end and help define how AI-native research tools should feel.

Requirements:

- Skilled at communicating design decisions clearly and persuasively across disciplines.
- Strong ability to influence product strategy and raise the design bar across the company.
- Excitement about designing for AI-native products and strong opinions about what makes a great AI experience.
- Experience designing tools for technical or expert users (researchers, analysts, builders, etc.).
- Comfort prototyping quickly— whether in Figma, code, or with AI tools — and leading through experimentation.
