Conveo is in the room with the biggest brands on the planet: Unilever, Google, P&G, Orange, Colgate, Haleon. Deal sizes are moving from $100K to $500K, $1M, and $5M. Every one of these meetings is won or lost in the last mile: the deck, the live workflow, the briefing doc that feels like it was made for them because it was.
As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will own the last mile of every high-ACV deal. You will design the content, live demos, and meeting-grade assets that turn six-figure conversations into seven and eight-figure ones. You will pair up with the deal team the day before a Fortune 500 meeting and ship something nobody else in enterprise software could have shipped in the time available.
This is not a "run an enablement calendar" role. This is not a "publish battle cards into Notion" role. This is a design-heavy, AI-native, builder role for someone who believes that how you show up is strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Deal impact: every asset you ship can be traced to a specific deal moving forward
- Design craft: you are a maker first, a coordinator second
- AI leverage: you build a system where 20 tailored decks can go out in a week, not a quarter
- Commercial instinct: you understand the buyer, not just the brief
This role is only for someone who sees content as a growth lever, not a deliverable.
Your Mission
Design meeting-grade content for every high-ACV conversation. You build, ship, and iterate the assets that carry our most important meetings:
- Bespoke decks for top-200 brand accounts (Fortune 500 CPG, retail, financial services, pharma)
- Live workflows and interactive demos tailored to the buyer's category, brand, and stated problem
- Proposals, microsites, and leave-behinds that look like a consultancy output, not a template fill
- "Show up assets" for procurement, security, and IT when a deal enters the final lap
Your bar: every top-200 meeting has content that looks like it was made for that account, because it was.
Build the AI-native content system
You don't scale by hiring a team. You scale by building a system. You design the workflow, the prompt libraries, the component kits, and the asset model so one person can do the work of ten:
- A living template system that pulls account intel (Planhat, Notion, Fathom, web) and drafts the first 80%
- Component libraries in Figma, Framer, and our deck tool so assembly is minutes, not days
- Review and QA loops that catch voice, claim, and number errors before they reach a customer
- A taste bar nobody else in enterprise software is hitting
Your bar: 20 tailored, meeting-grade assets a week, shipped by you and sellers, without quality drift.
Arm the deal team with the last-mile playbook
Sellers come to you with a meeting in 48 hours and a CMO in the room. You partner up:
- Pre-meeting briefs that tell the seller what to say, in what order, and why
- Live-fire rehearsals for the most important deals
- Post-meeting artifacts (recaps, customized ROI, tailored next-step decks) that keep momentum
- A running "what worked" library so every deal makes the next deal easier
Your bar: after every top-200 meeting, the seller says "I couldn't have walked without this."
Operate like a designer-in-residence, not a request-taker
You measure yourself on:
- Win rate on top-200 opportunities
- Deal velocity from "asset request" to "in the room"
- Quality of the asset library (reusable vs. one-off ratio)
- AE pull-through: sellers reaching for your assets vs. going it alone
- Expansion content driving multi-brand, multi-region rollouts
You don't wait for tickets. You sit next to the deal team and you run the machine.
What we're looking for
Non-negotiables
- 4+ years in sales enablement, content design, or creative strategy at a B2B SaaS, agency, or consultancy (preferably working on enterprise accounts with multi-six-figure deal sizes)
- Portfolio of meeting-grade work: decks, proposals, interactive demos, microsites. We need to see real output, not a job history.
- Exceptional visual taste and design fluency in at least one of Figma, Pitch, Framer, Keynote. You are a maker.
- AI-first operator: you already use Claude, GPT, Cursor, Runway, Midjourney, v0, or similar to compress work that used to take weeks into hours
- Strong commercial instinct: you have sat with sellers, you understand enterprise deal dynamics, and you know why "last mile" content moves the needle
- Clear, precise writing in English. You can turn a muddy call into a 3-slide narrative.
- Comfortable operating inside a top-200 enterprise meeting context without flinching
Mindset
- High agency, low ego
- Taste-obsessed: you have opinions and the work to back them up
- Builder over coordinator: you ship the thing, you don't project-manage the thing
- AI-native: you assume AI is a collaborator, not a threat
- Quality bar you can't turn off
Allergic to template-feel work
Bonus (not required)
- Experience working with or inside a top-tier consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), creative agency (Anomaly, R/GA, Mother), or brand studio
- Experience with research, insights, or consumer intelligence products
- Motion, microsite, or product-demo engineering skills (v0, Framer, Webflow, light code)
- Familiarity with the CPG, pharma, or financial services buyer
What success looks like
- Top-200 meetings leave with content that customers ask to keep, share, and forward internally
- Win rate on deals you support is meaningfully higher than the baseline
- Sellers stop building their own decks and start building on top of the system you shipped
- We can credibly show up prepared in a Fortune 500 C-suite meeting with 48 hours notice
- The "last mile" stops being the bottleneck and starts being the advantage
- Enablement stops being a cost center and becomes the highest-leverage role in the GTM org
