What we are building at Conveo:
Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high quality consumer / B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing and product teams.
What problem are we solving and why is this an important problem to solve:
The current/traditional research methods companies rely on are slow, expensive, and superficial. Running great research also requires expertise which is a blocker to many companies. That directly affects how well companies understand their customers and how well they can serve them.
The team you will join:
You will join an extremely talented team of incredibly passionate, high-energy people. We go the extra mile while having the best time of our lives. Our team has the combination of decades of market research knowledge, incredible engineering ability, and experience building companies.
How we operate:
- We truly care about our clients and the problem we solve. That means we humbly go the extra mile every time.
- Our engineering team talks directly with our customers. No layers in between.
- We work hard and we have fun.
- To keep our quality bar incredibly high, we want to execute with the smallest possible team.
The Role:
As our Social Media Lead, you will own attention for Conveo, across the company and the people behind it. This includes:
- Conveo’s official social accounts
- The personal social accounts of our founders
- Selected high-leverage employees whose voices matter
This is not brand babysitting. This is not “stay on message” social. This is not about playing safe. This role is for someone who thinks edgy-first, understands that rules are optional, and knows how to push boundaries without being cringe.
Your mission: turn Conveo and its people into unavoidable characters in the AI conversation, while helping build a generational company going from $1M → $100M ARR in under 2 years.
This role is only for natural talent. You should only apply if:
- You personally have 10,000+ followers on at least one platform
- You’ve grown an audience yourself, not as a side task
- You obsessively spot patterns, formats, narratives, and opportunities before they’re obvious
- You understand the difference between bold and embarrassing
- If you need strict guidelines, brand playbooks, or approval chains — this role is not for you.
Your Mission:
- Own social across brand and people: Own Conveo’s company social presence end-to-end. Own and operate the personal accounts of founders and key employees, shaping their voice, cadence, and positioning. Turn individual personalities into distribution engines. Decide what gets posted, when, and why — with full accountability for outcomes.
- Think edgy-first, not safe-first: Push boundaries while staying intelligent and self-aware. Avoid corporate tone at all costs. Understand internet culture deeply enough to break “best practices” on purpose. Ship content that feels native to the platform, not manufactured.
- Create and capture viral moments: Constantly hunt for moments to hijack: trends, product launches, industry shifts, cultural beats. Turn complex AI and research ideas into simple, sharp, opinionated takes. Engineer virality through hooks, framing, speed, and repetition — not hope.
- Use AI as leverage, not a crutch: Use AI aggressively to increase speed, volume, and experimentation. Never ship content that feels AI-generated. Maintain taste, judgment, and originality — AI is there to remove friction, not thinking.
- Operate like an owner: Treat social like a growth engine, not a channel. Measure what matters: reach, engagement, follower growth, inbound demand. Move fast, learn publicly, double down on what works. Take full ownership — no waiting for instructions.
What we’re looking for:
Non-negotiables: 10,000+ followers on at least one personal account.
