As part of our growth plans here at Conventus Solutions, we are actively recruiting for experienced and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants. This is a fast-growing recruitment agency, specialising in the tech and defence industries. With aggressive growth plans and due to continued success, we are now seeking sharp, dedicated, and passionate proven Recruitment Consultants to seek out new clients and business opportunities and further develop existing client relationships within the Tech and Defence sectors across the Bristol and surrounding areas.

As a vital piece within our expansion, the successful candidate will be highly rewarded! Through your hard work and determination, the right candidate will be given a good basic salary with unlimited commission and no thresholds, as well as development to progress throughout the business as we grow. We are looking for ambitious individuals with a hunger for excellence. You will be highly motivated and driven by success, confident and working within a Recruitment environment, and passionate about your career and its progression.

Main duties:

  • Targeting new clients using business development and sales techniques taught in our in-depth training program, tailored to you based on your experience.
  • Recruit, source, and head hunt for our clients' hiring needs.
  • Pre-screen/qualify candidates by understanding their experience, skills and what they are looking for in a new opportunity.
  • Act as a consultant between the candidate and client, coaching both through the interview process.
