As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first face a patient or visitor sees when they walk into our clinics. Your responsibilities include greeting patients, completing registration, updating records, collecting payments, and ensuring timely service for all patients, with or without reservations.

Your impact includes patient interaction, welcoming visitors, efficient registration, handling insurance and billing inquiries, assisting distressed patients, payment collection, clinic coordination, front desk management, and becoming familiar with CMD technology and services.

Required availability includes working 12-hour shifts with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel within one hour for work and training is essential.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, proactive communication, attention to detail, compassion, technical skills, teamwork, self-motivation, analytical skills, and trustworthiness with patient data. Bonus qualifications include medical receptionist certification, experience in similar roles, familiarity with medical terminology and insurance, and experience with electronic records and billing.
