We’re looking for a motivated, results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to join our London Sales team. In this role, you’ll be the critical first point of contact for incoming enquiries—qualifying exciting opportunities, owning the end‑to‑end sales process for mid‑sized events, and partnering with our Senior Account Managers on major global accounts. If you have 1–3 years of commercial experience, a sharp business mind, and a passion for premium hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Ensure strategic opportunities are efficiently qualified, documented, and transitioned to the appropriate account owner while maintaining a seamless client experience.
  • Site Visits & Client Engagement: Conduct professional site visits for small group opportunities and support Senior Account Managers with site inspections, client presentations, and account‑specific initiatives for larger programmes and strategic accounts where needed.
  • CRM Management & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within Salesforce and HubSpot. Ensure data integrity to support forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Market Intelligence & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and commercial planning sessions. Gather and share client feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to help refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Senior Account Manager team, assisting with proposals, client communications, reporting, and account management activities to maximise team effectiveness and revenue generation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years' experience in a sales, business development, venue sales, hospitality, events, or customer‑facing commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering against performance targets.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data and reporting. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Collaborative team player with a customer‑first mindset.

Success Measures:

  • Achievement of individual revenue and conversion targets.
  • Speed and quality of lead qualification and response times.
