What You’ll Do:

  • To help provide a high standard of client care within the venue by maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
  • Room Setting & Service: To set rooms each evening for the following day in accordance with client requirements and company standards. To ensure that meeting rooms that are not in use are set up to company standards and therefore available for client showrounds.
  • House-keeping: To ensure that all meeting rooms, staff offices and common areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness. To clean and re-stock the washrooms on a daily basis. To carry out deep-cleaning duties within the venue as per the schedule provided by the Facilities Supervisor. To ensure that all waste removal is carried out according to Health & Safety regulations and company standards. To ensure that stocks of cleaning materials are maintained by updating stock sheets. To store and keep a log of lost property found in meeting rooms and common areas.
  • Health and Safety: To carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practice.
  • General: To be available for staff briefings and company events including attendance at the company. To be available for weekend work where necessary. To undertake any reasonable requests for ad hoc duties by the venue team.
