We are seeking a passionate, full-time AV Systems Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our cutting-edge integrated AV systems. What You’ll Do:
- Drive Innovation: Dive into troubleshooting and maintaining state-of-the-art AV systems, ensuring our teams have the tools they need to succeed.
- Own Solutions: Manage and resolve support requests through our streamlined internal ticketing system, providing exceptional service and minimising disruptions.
- Collaborate & Grow: Partner with our on-site Operations team and external Integration partners, expanding your expertise and building valuable relationships.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and master the latest integrated AV technologies, positioning yourself as a leader in the field.
- Make a Real Impact: Play a vital part in keeping our systems running smoothly, empowering our teams to achieve their goals.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with complex AV systems.
- Key Tech Proficiency: Shure MXA/ULX/Axient Products, AnalogWay Switchers (Pulse, Quick-Vu and Aquilon), Mersive Solstice, Yamaha Digital Consoles (TF/QL-Series), AVoIP core concepts and understanding of AVoIP systems.
- Troubleshooting & Commissioning: Expertly diagnose, resolve, and commission advanced AV setups.
- Network & Code Management: Understanding of network topology and ability to manage AV code.
- Installation Skills: Proficient in installing speakers, displays, cameras, and cabling.
- Service-Oriented Mindset: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service to stakeholders and clients.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and perform overhead installations & visual acuity to terminate cables.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be onsite daily across our UK venues and travel occasionally as needed.
