During your interview, we suggest speaking to concrete examples of your skills, experience, and interests so your interviewer can understand what value you may bring to the team. We believe it’s important for you to always be and dress as your genuine self. With that said, you will find most of our employees dressing somewhere between Smart Casual and Business Casual.

Each interview process is unique and designed by the individual hiring manager to be able to identify the best talent for their team. The role you are applying and interviewing for will determine when and where this interview will take place. All remote corporate roles will have video interviews while some property positions may require you to come onsite to interview. Your individual recruiter will outline this process for you when interviews kick off. Your recruiter will be able to help you understand the specific timeline for the opening you’ve applied and interviewed for. As each process is different and unique to that role, there is no set timeline though we do our best to move things along as quickly as possible!
