We are seeking a passionate, full-time AV Systems Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our cutting-edge integrated AV systems.
The AV Systems Engineer will report directly to the AV Systems Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Innovation: Troubleshoot and maintain state-of-the-art AV systems.
- Own Solutions: Manage and resolve support requests through our internal ticketing system.
- Collaborate & Grow: Partner with our on-site Operations team and external Integration partners.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and master the latest integrated AV technologies.
- Make a Real Impact: Keep our systems running smoothly, empowering our teams.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with complex AV systems.
- Key Tech Proficiency: Shure MXA/ULX/Axient Products, AnalogWay Switchers, Mersive Solstice, Yamaha Digital Consoles, AVoIP core concepts.
- Troubleshooting & Commissioning: Expertly diagnose, resolve, and commission advanced AV setups.
- Network & Code Management: Understanding of network topology and ability to manage AV code.
- Installation Skills: Proficient in installing speakers, displays, cameras, and cabling.
- Service-Oriented Mindset: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and perform overhead installations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be onsite daily across our UK venues and travel occasionally.
