Convene Hospitality Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to serve as the client’s primary contact from kickoff to post-event, coordinating with on-site event teams, technology, and AV to deliver seamless hybrid, virtual, and in-person meetings.
You will develop timelines, host kickoff calls, create room diagrams, manage Run of Show, and ensure client vision is executed with top-tier hospitality standards while supporting the Sales and Design teams.
