What You’ll Do
- Provide a high standard of client care within the venue by maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
- Room Setting & Service: Set rooms each evening for the following day in accordance with client requirements and company standards. Ensure that meeting rooms not in use are set up to company standards and available for client show rounds.
- House‑keeping: Maintain all meeting rooms, staff offices, and common areas at the highest level of cleanliness. Clean and re‑stock washrooms daily. Carry out deep‑cleaning duties within the venue as per the schedule provided by the Facilities Supervisor. Ensure all waste removal is carried out according to Health & Safety regulations and company standards. Maintain stocks of cleaning materials by updating stock sheets. Store and keep a log of lost property found in meeting rooms and common areas.
- Health and Safety: Carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practice.
- General: Be available for staff briefings and company events, including attendance at company functions. Be available for weekend work where necessary. Undertake any reasonable requests for ad hoc duties by the venue team.
