Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Strategic Plan Development for Advanced Wound Care (AWC), owning the creation, communication and execution of AWC's longâterm strategic plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
- Drive global strategic projects, championing and delivering highâimpact initiatives to advance AWC's competitive position and growth trajectory, collaborating with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Represent AWC externally, building trusted relationships with potential partners and target companies, developing a robust inorganic pipeline, leading M&A processes, and collaborating with Corporate Development for external innovation.
- Lead M&A and equity transaction integration, ensuring seamless operational, cultural and strategic alignment, and oversee all AWCâlevel strategic transactions.
- Drive global, crossâfunctional initiatives spanning multiple geographies and functions, delivering measurable business outcomes and representing AWC in executive forums and industry events.
- Model Convatec's leadership behaviours, creating a purposeâled, performanceâdriven organisation and team that accelerates growth, evolves culture and empowers people.
Qualifications / Education:
- A proven track record of strategic leadership in a global MedTech or Pharma organization.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Demonstrated success in business development, M&A integration and strategic project execution.
- Strong crossâfunctional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellence in collaboration, soliciting diverse viewpoints and forging expert, informed solutions.
- Advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field preferred.
- Exceptional communication, analytical and decisionâmaking capabilities.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 10% of working time, primarily within the US and UK.
Languages:
- English (speaking, writing, reading).
