Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Projects or large projects in a global environment.
- Manage budgets, reporting actuals, planned and forecasted costs to the sponsors, budget line holder on a monthly basis.
- Manage the people resource strategy for the Projects, mindful of Convatec's ambition to increase inhouse knowledge, expertise and to manage and staff projects with internal resources.
- Facilitate the budgeting process, providing a clear rationale for expenditure and the expected benefits/value that will be realized in Projects.
- Create and track Project planning and the value to be delivered for the business.
- Monitor and report on progress, utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
- Manage the Project status reporting structure and cadence.
- Monitor and measure Projects ongoing impact/effectiveness against the declared value.
- Establish, and continuously review, ways of working between workstreams that enhances and motivate the teams to deliver the Project's objectives.
- Work with Convatec's Project Management Office (PMO) to track and report the Project's progress throughout the StageGate Process.
- Manage and Harmonize Communication plans to wider stakeholder groups, ensuring the communications reflect the needs of the different stakeholder groups.
- Carry out mid-year reviews of Projects to identify improved ways of working and whether the objectives of the Programmes and Projects remain relevant or require a Management review.
- Act as an escalation point for the Project Teams to unblock issues.
- Maintain up to date information for Projects in the Project Management Tools, maintaining project documentation and reporting to senior leadership (RAID logs, plans, trackers, presentations etc.).
- Management of project financials in collaboration with the PMO/IT Financial Controller.
- Coordinate and Lead project meetings.

Education/Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor/Master Degree.
- International recognized Project Management Certifications (PMI/PMP).
- 5+ years of IT experience, proven track record in planning and execution of IT Projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience leading end to end, larger IT/Technology projects Globally.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Project Management experience in Scrum, Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working in a complex Global organization in a project management role.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
- Knowledge of hosting, network, and end user compute technologies beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, globally.
Preferred (within Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical Industry):
- SAP (Fin, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain) (ECC, S/4HANA).
- (QMS) Quality Management Systems (CC, QA).
- (PLM) Product Life Cycle Management Systems (Product Data, Product Development, Standards).
- (MES) Manufacturing Execution Systems and Processes.
- Sales and Marketing (CRM Systems).
Travel Requirements: Position may involve travel 5% of the time. Most trips will include overnight travel.
