About the role: The Finance Business Partner UKI & CEE is a key role within the Europe Finance team. As a strategic co-pilot to the business leadership, you will partner closely with the Commercial Business Directors for Advanced Wound Care in the UK and in Poland. Your primary accountability is to drive commercial performance and deliver against plans, forecasts, and strategic objectives. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Finance Director, Advanced Wound Care, Europe.
You will be a trusted advisor and respected partner, valued for your strong commercial acumen and your ability to deliver succinct, powerful storytelling supported by actionable insights. As the face of Finance to your business stakeholders, you will connect them, where appropriate, with colleagues across Convatec Business Services (CBS) and the wider Finance team to resolve matters outside the scope of the Finance Business Partner role (e.g., statutory accounting, tax, and controlling activities). You will also act as an advocate for the Finance Service Delivery Model, helping stakeholders understand and adopt the new ways of working.
